Richard came to see us after he had been discussions with the department regarding his eligibility for permanent residence. He had been advised that he would not be eligible to apply and that he would be required to work three years in Australia before lodging an application with the Department of Immigration.
Richard came to see us after being referred by a friend. He explained his situation to us and after conducting a thorough review of the legislation, regulations, policy and case law, we represented Richard in his application.
As well as having No Borders on his side, Richard had a very supportive employer and a keen desire to realize his dream of permanent migration. 10 weeks after lodging his application, Richard was the proud holder of permanent residence in Australia and he was delighted with the knowledge and persistence of our team, as well as the opportunity to establish his life in Australia on a permanent basis.
This is just one example of the commitment that No Borders Migration Advocates has towards all of its clients and of the potential that one can have when looking to migrate to this great country, Australia.
